Positive and respectful relationships promote the development of a strong sense of well-being in children. Educators give priority to nurturing relationships and provide consistent emotional support to ensure children feel safe to explore and learn.

We value the importance of critical reflection and professional development and support educators to continually build on their professional knowledge. The service is closed one day a year for an educator training day and opportunities are made available throughout the year for relevant training and development.
